- Allps Amplifin, inclusive of promissory notes in terms of the Debicheck specifications as well as EFT and Wallet payments to clients.
Regulatory Compliance
- SACRRA, (South African Credit and Risk Reporting Association) Mobiloan submits both the daily and monthly transactional detail to SACRRA automatically.
Telephony and Messaging
Mobiloan has identified the need to have to stay in contact with clients, agents or indeed administrative and finance personnel.
With that in mind Mobiloan has a comprehensive communications suite built in which makes use of Sudonum and AWS technologies to amongst other things, make telephone calls end to end, send SMS’, receive SMS’ and send emails.
To ensure that emails send via Mobiloan reach their destination we have also integrated with zerobounce which verifies the validity of the recipients email address.
Being proud that all documentation generated by Mobiloan is available electronically, we realise that an effective means of delivery is required. Mobiloan sends short links to their customers via SMS. Our short link provider is short.io.
